NEON
NEW GENERATION WORKPLACE CHAIRS
The development by bimos of a new chair is based on three fundamental principles: our programme "From practical experience for practical application" provides the perfect practical fit. Our close co-operation with the Fraunhofer IAO helps us make sure that our products always correspond with the latest cutting-edge research into working practices, and are future-proof. And our experience of more than 50 years in the field of development and manufacture of workplace chairs guarantees the highest possible product quality. This is how we constantly set new standards in workplace chairs. And the latest standard is Neon.
1+1=NEON
THE NEON SYSTEM
The 1+1 system makes child’s play of the change of
upholstery:
the upholstery elements are simply placed on
the chair and fixed with a click. To make the removal of the
element as easy as possible, each upholstery element is
provided with a little grip.
JUST CHOOSE YOUR UPHOLSTERY
Every working environment presents its own demands in terms of upholstery and cover materials. For this reason, there are four different upholstery choices for Neon: Duotec fabric, Magic artificial leather, integral foam, or Supertec, a world first among cover materials. Regardless of the surface you choose, Neon offers the maximum quality, sitting comfort and pleasant sitting climate. More
NEON
IS BRILLIANTLY EQUIPPED FOR EVERY USE
The variations of the Neon are just as diverse as the many
different requirements of workplaces. No matter if the
chair is to be used at a high or low workplace, whether it has glides or castors, or whether it is needed for specialist
use in production, or in ESD areas or laboratories: Neon is
always Neon.
In the field of manufacturing the highest demands
are placed on the resilience and robustness of the
chair and the materials.
NEON
IS THE ALL-ROUND SPECIALIST
bimos ESD chairs fulfil the requirements of the EN 61340-5-1 standard for use in ESD protected areas (EPAs). By choosing the best possible materials and joining technologies, bimos chairs ensure that electrostatic charges can be safely eliminated. Typical discharge resistance is 106 Ω.
NEON
IS ALSO IN LABORATORY AT HOME
The Neon workplace chair suits work in the laboratory as well as the people who work there. To this end, it has specially developed laboratory ergonomics, which effectively support work carried out when inclined forwards, typical of lab work, such as using microscopes or pipetting. In addition, thanks to the special shape of the seat back, Neon ensures maximum reaching distance.
THE SOLUTION TO A DILEMMA: SUPERTEC
THE NEW COVER MATERIAL FOR COMFORTABLE AND SOLID WORK CHAIRS IN PRODUCTION.
Bimos has set itself the task of using innovative materials and products - in order to make working in the industry as pleasant as possible. Bimos has been working intensively on developing new products, and has now succeeded in combining the strengths of fabric and integral foam in one innovative cover material. The result is the world-beating Supertec.
Supertec is as soft and breathable as fabric, and yet as tough as integral foam. This is achieved by a system of micro-studs, applied onto a fabric layer in a complex process. The construction of the fabric allows a natural circulation of air. At the same time, the micro-studs ensure that Supertec is resistant to harsh mechanical stress. Supertec is extremely durable, non-slip, easy to clean, and simultaneously soft, comfortable and breathable. But that's not all: Supertec also looks very attractive and is wonderful to touch and feel. By combining comfort and functionality, this cover material for work chairs in production fills the gap between appreciation and added value. Companies benefit from satisfied employees and economical workplace facilities. Bimos is the only provider worldwide to use this innovative material to cover workplace chairs.
